     1. How to order from this website?

    Please set up your own account on our website, put the items in the cart, then submit the order, we will send the invoice of your order for your confirmation.

      2. How about the shipping and Freight?

We send by DHL, UPS or FedEx, some will be sent by sea. We will choose the best way of shipping for customers and add the freight on the invoice. If you have special requirements for shipping, like you want the goods only sent by DHL or UPS, please contact us first.
 

      3. What is the delivery time?

We have stock items and customized items, the delivery time for stock items is in 3 working days and for customized items is about 30 days.
 

      4. About payment

We accept T/T, PayPal and Western Union for payment. For the stock items, we need full payment before shipment; for customized orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
